 Leonard G Denis, widely known as Lenny Nostra, is a multifaceted leader with a deep commitment to empowering the youth of his community. As the President of New Beginning Foundation Inc. and the founder of Behind the Press Management, Lenny has dedicated his life to creating opportunities for young people in the tri-state area.

An artist, entrepreneur, and author, Lenny Nostra's journey began with a bold decision to invest in himself and his community. In 2018, he established an organization to help the youth in his neighborhood, driven by his passion for philanthropy. His work spans across media, music, and technology, areas where he uses his expertise to develop and mentor the next generation of leaders.

Lenny's vision is rooted in the belief that every young person deserves the chance to reach their full potential. Through his leadership at New Beginning Foundation Inc., he continues to make a profound impact on the lives of countless youths, guiding them toward a brighter future.

Tarik Davis is an entrepreneur and Artist and has been working in the field of Music and helping the Youth for 20 years. He has been a forerunner in many Youth building techniques as well as setting the pace in Music workshop clinics with in the geriatric specialty through out Philadelphia.

Rik has consistently recognized industry issues and trends, continuously found solutions and has stayed ahead of urban trends and pioneering business practices still carried out by all  in the field. He is well respected and knowledgeable in marketing and enjoys networking people and

businesses to build community.

Chris Grant is an entrepreneurial designer with a wide-ranging skill set including photography, videography, training, graphic and web design. He's  worked with VH1 as a videographer; partnered with the NFL & Russell Simmons to design the materials for a Philadelphia parade; and assisted in the design of the 2005 Fantastic Four movie advertisement. 

he's dedicated to the Philadelphia community, as it shaped me into the person I am today. I often lend my skills to local non-profits, to give them the tools they need to tell their stories. .
